I think I can call myself a Podcaster right since I’ve done 3 episodes thus far with my Cohost, Terry? We did 1 episode each week for 3 weeks straight and we took a week break and then resume with Episode 4 last weekend. We have discussed:
Does living apart keeps couples together?
Why does some relationships ends and others last a lifetime?
Why younger guys prefer dating older women?
FWB. Good Idea? Does It Work? Is It For You?
The first 2 weeks was definitely a challenge as we experienced so many different technical issues. From echoes, video not working to even no sound. We even had to redo Episode 2 when Terry wasn’t happy with the outcome of the video/podcast. This is what it’s like working with a perfectionist. I know it very well as I myself am a perfectionist too but recent years, I’ve trained myself to just let things be as life’s not perfect and I just don’t like being stressed out.
Doing The Vault Podcast has gave me a new experience and it’s definitely been a new experience. I actually look forward to every Saturday, 10pm Malaysia time and 10am, New York as we get to talk and discuss our experiences and Point Of Views (POV) over random things. I can’t wait till Terry and I are finally in the same city so that we can meet in person and also do the Podcast across from each other. I can only imagine how much more fun it will be when that happens.
Welcome to The Vault!! What is The Vault? It’s the latest Podcast Show that talks about everything under the sun. Nothing is left uncovered. We answer questions that you never thought about and we share our knowledge from our many exciting experiences. My Co-Host, Terry is an extreme sports enthusiast whom loves finance and the global markets which is super intelligent and he has a really good voice. Some says, soothing too.
It was Terry’s idea that we do a Podcast together after his bestie, Eveline decided that they do a Podcast together along with Annie. It’s called Spill The T.E.A. The Vault is our baby together. Hence, it’s going to be exciting and fun because of the energy levels we both bring to the table. We’re planning to go Live at Malaysia 10pm, Saturday Night which will be New York 10am, Saturday Morning. The Vault will be aired Live.
• New York Time Offset: UTC -4 • Malaysia Time Offset: UTC ++08
Come and join us on this new adventure. We will also be accepting calls during the Podcast too. Looking forward to hear from our listeners of course. It will be on YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Facebook Live and Apple Podcasts. (This will be updated accordingly)
Looking for a sanctuary, a getaway or maybe a romantic stay but, still want to be in the city to enjoy the nightlife or maybe shopping at Suria KLCC or just want to explore KL’s Golden Triangle? Villa Samadhi is the place for you to stay. From the outside, you wouldn’t be able to tell that there’s a lil piece of Nirvana behind the hidden guarded gates to the premise. When we arrived, we were greeted by a guard at the gate and by showing our reservation to him, he opened the gates and led us to a parking space within the lot. Once we had a glimpse of the kept secret behind the gates, we instantly felt serenity and excitement started to creep in. 🙂
The Room – Luxe Sarang
Here’s a walk through video of the Luxe Sarang. 🙂
We booked the Luxe Sarang for 2 nights and upon unlocking the wooden doors to our Garden Courtyard, we were greeted by a large daybed and also our very own Private Plunge Pool. Then there’s another door that leads into the Villa/room. Behind that door, there’s a big hallway with an antique table with complimentary local delicacy of cookies and “kuih” (cake). Finally, you enter the bedroom area + living area which is well funished with a large and comfortable king size bed and also another daybed that functions as a sofa which gives you a good view to the balcony/patio area which gives you direct access to the pool. Btw, the Luxe Sarang is the only Villa with the defining feature of its direct access to the pool, offering an exclusive luxurious retreat to soak in the afternoon sun or enjoy a romantic moon-lit dinner for two.
Back in the room, there will be another double door that leads you into another room with a walk-in wardrobe + work station/desk for those that have to keep up with some work. Within that room, you’ll see another double door that leads you into the huge bathroom with double sinks, one for her and another for him where there’s a huge area that’s fitted with double rainshower + shower separated by a set of huge sliding glass doors that gives you direct access to the Private Plunge Pool and Garden Courtyard area.
The Dining Room
Is an all day, dining room as it’s name states and is set beneath a soaring ceiling, and overlooking Villa Samadhi, the circular Dining Room sits on the edge of the “Lagoon” which is exclusively for residents only which serves local and western cuisine made from local and seasonal produce and is walking distance from your own respective villas.
The Luxe Sarang Villa’s price for a night is approximately RM1,114.00 but, for more information and current prices please checkout their official website: Villa Samadhi
Villa Samadhi is located at: 8, Jalan Madge, Taman U Thant, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. West Malaysia.
Hubby and I are definitely going to go back to Villa Samadhi for the romantic stay to get away from the bustling city life.
This is definitely a long overdue post. To be exact, almost 1.5 months late. After my short 2 weeks holiday in February, I got extremely busy catching up with work and my personal life. There’s definitely been lots of changes, but they are definitely good ones for sure.
I had the opportunity to wine and dine at Nobu, Kuala Lumpur again in February 2019. We definitely managed to get a better table this time around as it was right next to the famous KL Twin Towers with a beautiful view of the KL, Sunset on the 17th of February 2019. Instead of going for the Omakase like I did in 2015, JR and I decided to order off the menu and every dish we had, was definitely to die for. It was totally delish. In all honesty, I’m terrified of heights but dining on the 56th floor once in awhile is definitely something I can get used to. 🙂
Btw, you don’t have to dine at Nobu just to celebrate a special occasion, just make a reservation and head there to enjoy a nice dinner with your girls or guys or family of course. Definitely, a highly recommended restaurant by me. 🙂
